She previously co-founded Sybenetix, a fintech company building bespoke behavioural science models to detect financial crime in asset management firms. After Nasdaq bought Sybenetix in 2017 (retiring their own competing product), she created and led Nasdaq’s Research & Ideation function, designing and delivering behavioural science-led products to help financial services firms reduce financial crime and explain anomalous behaviour.
