Wendy’s 20-year passion for using science to amplify the best human intelligent thinking led her to co-found Let’s Think® in 2022. She leads a multi-disciplinary team of innovative thinkers with a shared belief that science and technology can work together in novel ways to help the people of the world think brilliantly. 

Dual qualified as a commercial lawyer and business psychologist specialising in legaltech, fintech, and regtech, Wendy is a second time founder. In 2013, she co-founded Sybenetix, a fintech company building bespoke behavioural models to detect financial crime in asset management firms. After Nasdaq bought Sybenetix in 2017 (retiring their own competing product), she created and led Nasdaq’s Research & Ideation function – designing and delivering behavioural science led products to help financial services firms reduce financial crime and explain anomalous behaviour.

Wendy is an engaging speaker with a talent for making complex topics relatable. She has addressed legal and financial services, regulatory, and academic audiences around the world on timely topics such as AI, Surveillance, Technology Design, Cognitive Engineering, Organisational Resilience and Conduct and Culture.
