Anna is a behavioural scientist that specialises in demystifying the science underpinning effective communication, interviewing and decision making. Her passion for pulling through the latest academic research to design technology that empowers us all to solve problems, and to think brilliantly, led her to co-found Let’s Think® in 2022.

She has led multi-disciplinary teams of behavioural scientists to improve decision making in law enforcement and government defence operations. As Head of Behavioural Science at Nasdaq, she developed behaviour science-led technical solutions to improve detection and investigation of financial crime and insider trading. 

Through her work as a  Research to Practice Fellow at the Centre for Research and Evidence on Security Threats (CREST), Anna writes and publishes evidence-based  ‘how to’ guides, that translate behavioural science research into practical training modules.
