Mike is an accomplished technology leader with an extensive background in software development, data science and data engineering, and a proven record building innovative technology solutions to solve complex technical challenges. He was drawn to Let’s Think® for the opportunity to bring Behavioural Science AI from novel concept to commercial reality. 

WIth deep domain expertise in healthcare, financial services, and the charity sector,  he’s passionate about technology that delivers positive impact. Prior to joining Let’s Think, he was CTO and a founding team member at HelloSelf, a healthtech startup that he helped grow from early stage through Series B in less than five years.

At JustGiving, he led the data science team that delivered algorithm improvements to help people raise more money for their charitable causes. His work building regulatory technology at Standard Bank helped financial services companies tackle financial crime.
