Michael is an accomplished technology leader with a proven record of transforming innovative ideas into reality. Having worked across a variety of industries, he has domain expertise in healthcare, financial services, and charity.

 
Before joining Let’s Think, he was part of the founding team at HelloSelf, serving as their CTO, developing a platform that uses data science and AI to improve therapy outcomes. He helped grow the company through Series B, building and inspiring diverse teams, fostering collaboration across disciplines, and driving innovation.

 
Throughout his career, he has been drawn to solving challenging problems, and is particularly interested in the positive impact technology can have. At JustGiving, he led their data science team, building algorithms that helped people raise more for their chosen cause, and at Standard Bank he helped build regulatory technology aimed at tackling financial crime, one of the most critical problems facing the financial services.

Michael has diverse interests outside of technology including psychology, music, photography and mental health.
