Why Us
We’re a Behavioural Science AI company with a single, ambitious goal:
to help the people of the world think brilliantly.
We connect decades of rigorous behavioural science research into how experts actually make decisions with the generative AI infrastructure now capable of capturing that process at scale.
That research existed long before we did. But acting on it meant hiring dozens of behavioural scientists to conduct time-consuming interviews one expert at a time, analyse the findings and synthesise them into practical work solutions.
Now it doesn't.
The result is an exciting new application of AI: Behavioural Science AI, built not to think for you, but to help you think better.
The Problem no one has solved
— until now
Expertise is the most valuable thing any professional organisation produces. And it's almost entirely invisible.
The judgment and reasoning that shape decisions, manage risk, and drive client outcomes lives in people's heads. It does not live in any system so it gets (poorly) reconstructed after the fact when decisions are challenged, and it disappears when experienced people leave.
This isn't a knowledge management failure. It's a cognitive one.
Human brains are structurally incapable of simultaneously executing high-stakes decisions and objectively documenting their own reasoning in the moment. Forced post-hoc records produce what behavioural scientists call confabulation — polished retrospective narratives that look coherent but bear little resemblance to how the decision was actually made. They teach people nothing, create liability, and fail scrutiny.
No organisation has ever had reliable access to how their best people actually think.
Let's Think changes that.
The science behind the platform
No organisation has ever had reliable access to how their best people actually think.
For decades, our team did this manually — eliciting expert reasoning inside high-stakes environments, one conversation at a time. When the AI caught up, we codified our approach and built it into a model that we call Behavioural Science AI.
Wendy Jephson, CEO and Co-founder"Technology has eliminated the manufacturing delay of professional work — accelerating how quickly an artifact reaches a client's hands. But clients never paid for a document; they paid for the elite human judgment required to know what to put in it."
AI to amplify not replace human thinking
Our reasoning infrastructure platform is an active conversational workspace that captures expert reasoning as the work happens, through short conversations grounded in behavioural science.
The output is a permanent, contemporaneous record of how an organisation thinks:
what options were weighed, what risks were considered, which inputs were prioritised, and what decisions were made – that regulators can audit, colleagues can learn from, and other AI tools can act on.
Let's Think Law is the platform's first dedicated application — built for law firms, where the need to document expert reasoning carries specific regulatory, developmental, and commercial stakes. Wherever a regulated profession needs to evidence its reasoning, Let's Think is built for it.
Who we’re built for
Let's Think serves organisations where:
Expert judgment is undocumented or reconstructed after the fact — creating regulatory exposure and institutional fragility.
Professional development has lost its scaffolding – the informal learning that built judgment has been dismantled by hybrid working and displaced by AI.
Institutional knowledge disappears when experienced people leave — taking decades of expert judgment with them.
Built on Evidence. Committed to Ethics.
As an accredited B Corp, we hold ourselves to the same standards of rigorous, defensible reasoning we build into our products.
Evidence and ethics-based decision-making drive everything we do — from research and product design to customer relationships to how we operate as a company. We consider the interests of all stakeholders: customers, employees, suppliers, communities, investors, and the environment.
We believe the way an AI company makes decisions matters as much as what it builds.
