Non-Executive Director

Victoria is an experienced and successful portfolio non-executive director with a particular interest in change, start up, rapid growth and turnarounds, particularly in financial services and technology companies. 

She has held senior executive roles across the conduct/prudential divide including Director of Authorisations and being a member of the Executive Committee at the Financial Conduct Authority.

Victoria is Chair at intelligent email business Inbotiqa, Chair of the Board Risk Committee at The Bank of London, and Independent Non-Executive at PwC’s Public Interest Body. Her non-executive roles have included being a founder Director and later SID at Starling Bank, and NED roles at Reliance Bank, WH Ireland and regulatory technology business Sybenetix (acquired by Nasdaq).

In 2019 Victoria received the Private Equity Backed Award in the Non-Executive Directors’ Association awards.
