Liv is an Assistant Professor in Organisational Behaviour at the University of Bath’s School of Management, UK. Liv’s research sits at the intersection of psychology and behavioural science, aiming to understand how intra- and inter- group processes influence individual and group behaviour in online and offline settings. For instance, Liv studies high-reliability organisations to understand expertise and the factors that support teamwork in extreme and challenging settings and has conducted extensive research examining how online communications data might be used to predict and understand behaviour offline.
Liv is an Expert Fellow of the EPSRC SPRITE+ network, Associate Editor of the Journal of Cognitive Engineering and Decisions Making, editorial board member of the Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology and a member of the advisory board for the Naturalistic Decision-Making Association.
