Legal Futures interviews our CEO on revealing the invisible thinking behind legal expertise

In an interview with Legal Futures, our CEO Wendy Jephson shares why Let’s Think was founded and why so much of a lawyer’s real expertise remains unseen, even inside well run firms.

Wendy explains that judgement and decision making often become automatic as lawyers gain experience, which means this thinking is rarely articulated, documented or passed on. As a result, junior lawyers struggle to learn how decisions are really made and clients do not always understand the value behind the advice they receive.

The article explores how Let’s Think uses behavioural science led AI to help lawyers surface and reflect on their thinking, without replacing it or rushing to answers. Wendy also raises a broader concern for the profession, that legal AI adopted without rethinking how people learn risks weakening the development of future senior lawyers, rather than strengthening it.
